What is Coaches Ministry?

The coach is one of the most influential individuals in our society. It has been said that a coach will influence more people in one year than most people will in a lifetime. FCA seeks to equip and encourage coaches to grow in their faith and become transformational in how they coach their athletes and influence other coaches.


As you consider your coaching career, take a moment and make sure you have a complete game plan for success this season. Wins and losses only last from game to game, but building a program of character and integrity in your players and coaches lasts a lifetime.

Your athletes look up to you for guidance in every area of life—physical, mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual. But, you can’t give what you don’t already have.

We Have Been Called To Make Disciples


As followers of Jesus, we have been called to be disciples who make disciples: “Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations…” (Matthew 28:19a). As we follow Him, becoming more like Him every day, we also lead others towards Him. “Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ” (1 Corinthians 11:1). But how do we start this discipleship journey? Simple, we need a great game plan.


We engage, we equip and we empower, in that order.

E3 Overview Course

Coaches huddle groups are a great way to engage with other coaches who are also looking to implement 360 Coach into their programs. These groups provide fellowship, accountability, and ideas from others. Other groups meet regularly for fellowship and Bible study.
