With more than forty staff engaging on over 250 campuses in Minnesota, we are living out our calling to see the world transformed by Jesus Christ through the influence of coaches and athletes. We are working to see a kingdom-building ministry on every high school and college campus in Minnesota in the next ten years.
You’ve likely seen capital campaigns in the millions of dollars that will go toward a shiny new building. It is often easier to visualize the impact when the product is a tangible building, but we believe God is leading us to something different. Jesus had a plan to change the world, and he did it by focusing on people.
Our plan is Jesus’ plan.
We are focusing on equipping today’s biggest influencers (coaches and athletes) to impact others for eternity.
To fulfill this God-sized vision, we plan to do three things:
EXPAND

Expanding our reach across the state will help increase awareness of FCA, build new relationships with coaches and athletes, and introduce more people to the real and sustaining hope found in Jesus.
EXPLORE
$100,000
FCA seeks to have a presence wherever coaches and athletes are. While a large portion of that is within the public school system, there are other avenues that we can explore which will expand the Kingdom even more including league & club sports and local churches.
EXCEL
$450,000
The Christ-centered leaders that make up the Fellowship of Christian Athletes include staff, coaches, volunteers, and athletes. We desire to excel in mentoring each of these groups so that more people have the opportunity to enter into a growing relationship with Jesus.
