TYLER GREGORY
PROSPECTIVE METRO DIRECTOR | TGREGORY@FCA.ORG
Tyler Gregory is originally from Bloomington, MN, but now lives on the north side of the Twin Cities in Hugo. He attended Bethel University, where he played baseball while studying to become a teacher and coach. After graduating, he worked at Bethel for four years, coached baseball at Bethel for six, all while also getting a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership.
Tyler then joined the staff at Eagle Brook Church in the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota for 21 years, with the last nine as the Executive Pastor. He helped to build and scale Eagle Brook by leading the leadership team and staff of hundreds, while keeping the church laser-focused on the vision of reaching people for Christ. In addition, he helped to build culture, build operational systems, and create the strategies required to accomplish the mission and vision of the church.
Outside of work, Tyler loves spending time with his wife, Tera, and their two kids, Lila and Luke. He is a huge baseball fan, loves to golf, and loves to travel with his family.
Tyler is now pursuing the opportunity to join Minnesota FCA staff as the Metro Area Director. He is excited to bring together his passion for Jesus and his love for sports to reach coaches and athletes with the Gospel. With a heart for evangelism and a deep belief in the vast opportunity within sports, Tyler is eager to invest in leaders who will multiply their influence and impact for Christ.
