Event Information
The FCA 40 Bowyer Bike Ride is a 40-mile fundraiser designed to support FCA's ministry to coaches and athletes in the SW MN Area. The ride starts in Mankato and travels to The Scoops Ice Cream Shop in Ellysian and then back to Mankato.
Coach Bowyer is a MSU Hall of Fame Baseball Coach who came to Mankato with his wife, Cheri, in 1976 and moved to Sioux Falls, SD in July, 2018. His impact on the lives of coaches and athletes as a FCA MSU Huddle Adviser and part-time FCA rep after retirement has spanned close to 40 years. This fundraiser will support the SW MN Area FCA Staff as we are faithful to the FCA vision, "To see the world transformed by Jesus Christ through the influence of coaches and athletes."
